About this screener — evidence, source, what inspired it
Rates the classroom signs of specific learning disorder in reading (dyslexia), written expression (dysgraphia), and mathematics (dyscalculia), plus known risk factors. Teachers are usually the best informants; parents can complete it with homework in mind.
Evidence · unvalidated
This is an OpenScreener original instrument. Its thresholds are provisional, set by expert judgement rather than population norms, and have not yet been validated. Treat results as a structured record of concerns, not a score with known sensitivity or specificity.
