About this screener — evidence, source, what inspired it

Rates how often everyday executive-function difficulties show up at home or school: inhibition, self-monitoring, flexibility, emotional control, initiation, working memory, planning, and organisation. Useful alongside ADHD, autism, learning, and acquired brain-injury assessments to target support.

Evidence · unvalidated

This is an OpenScreener original instrument. Its thresholds are provisional, set by expert judgement rather than population norms, and have not yet been validated. Treat results as a structured record of concerns, not a score with known sensitivity or specificity.
